Tracking

Tracking arrives later
than you’d expect.

There is nothing to track until the blanket has been woven and handed to the carrier. That gap is the single thing customers write to us about most, so here is what each stage actually looks like.

Look up your order

Enter the order number from your confirmation email, along with the email address you used at checkout.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

When does tracking arrive?

Not immediately, and that catches people out.

Your blanket is woven after you order it. Processing takes 2-3 business days, and a tracking number only exists once the finished parcel is handed to the carrier. So the order confirmation arrives straight away, and the tracking email follows a few days later.

If it’s been under 2-3 business days and you have no tracking yet, that’s the normal timeline rather than a problem.

How do I track it?

The tracking email contains your number and a direct link. Click it, or paste the number into the carrier’s own site. We ship with USPS, UPS, or similar US carriers, so the link will point at whichever one handled your parcel.

Once it’s moving, delivery runs 5-7 business days.

Tracking says “label created” and nothing else

That means the label exists but the carrier hasn’t scanned the parcel yet. It’s the normal state for the first day or so after you get the email — carriers usually need 24-48 hours before the first real scan appears.

It hasn’t updated in days

Scans go quiet, particularly over weekends and around holidays. A parcel can move several states without a scan and then appear at a sorting facility with three updates at once.

If your order still hasn’t arrived 15 business days after it shipped, email ⟨EMAIL — SET BEFORE GO-LIVE⟩ with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and we’ll open a trace with the carrier.

A trace takes the carrier a few days on their end. We’ll tell you what they say as we hear it, rather than leaving you refreshing the page.

It says delivered but there’s nothing here

Usually one of these:

  • It’s with a neighbour, or behind a gate, porch or garage door
  • Someone else in the house brought it in
  • The carrier scanned it as delivered slightly early and it comes the next day

Check those first, then give it 24 hours. If it’s still missing, email us with the order number and we’ll file a claim.

Confirmed lost in transit, we reweave and resend at no cost. You don’t pay again.

Do you email updates?

Two emails from us: one confirming the order, one with tracking. Everything after that comes from the carrier.

No confirmation email at all?

Check spam — that’s where it usually is. If it’s genuinely not there, email us and we’ll resend it. A missing email doesn’t mean a missing order; it usually means a typo in the address at checkout.

Wrong address at checkout?

Email us straight away. We can correct it while the order is inside the 2 hour change window and hasn’t shipped. After that the label exists and the parcel can’t be rerouted — see the Shipping Policy for what happens if it comes back to us.

Tracking stuck, or marked delivered with nothing there?

Check with neighbours and around the porch, gate and garage first — most turn up within a day. If it doesn’t, email ⟨EMAIL — SET BEFORE GO-LIVE⟩ with your order number and the address you used at checkout, and we’ll file a claim. Confirmed lost in transit, we reweave and resend free.
